- Our educators are mourning that the 2025-2026 contract negotiations have come to this. Wearing black every Tuesday and every Friday throughout the impasse process is a reminder that we stand together.
*Attend School Board Meetings
- Presence is visibility; attend school board meetings throughout impasse.
- All School Board meetings are held at the District Office (919 Broad Street, Brooksville, FL 34601)
- February 24th @ 6pm
- March 24th @ 6pm
- April 14th @ 6pm
- April 28th @ 6pm
- May 12th @ 6pm
- May 26th @ 6pm
- *NOTE: The length of the impasse process can be unpredictable, and the impasse may be resolved at any point through negotiations between the parties. Updates will be provided.
*Attend Bargaining Sessions
- At any point in the impasse process, the parties can return to the table and continue negotiations in an effort to reach resolutions.
- All Bargaining Sessions are public meetings and are held at the District Office (919 Broad Street, Brooksville, FL 34601)
- PHYSICAL PRESENCE at these sessions matters!

*Participate in Site Based Actions
- HCTA Worksite Leaders will serve as the primary points of contact for all organizing efforts throughout impasse.
- Be sure to watch for communications from HCTA via home email and social media.
